Lewis Bullock

Lewis Ray “Lou” Bullock, 85, of Arbovale, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at his residence.

Born September 29, 1935, at Danville, Virginia, he was a son of the late Edward and Alice Jones Bullock.

Lou was retired from General Motors. He was an Army Veteran and a member of American Legion Post #117 and the VFW of Baltimore. He was a Mason with Cass Masonic Lodge #124.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sadie Frances Bullock; and two brothers, Jack Bullock and Larry Bullock.

He is survived by a son, Larry Lee Bullock, Green Bank; two step-daughters, Karen Hefler and Pam Waybright; four grandchildren, Damione Bullock, Darryl Foster, Shawn Brock and Jessie Ash; a great-granddaughter, Bella Foster; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Sunday, August 1, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale, with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating. Burial in Arbovale Cemetery with Military Honors by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021, at the funeral home.
