She was an avid Arizona Wildcat basketball fan and a gracious hostess.

Lavaun was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and aunt.

She is survived by her sister, Shirley Hash, of Virginia; daughters, Alice Callison (John Richardson), of Tucson, Arizona, and Ann Callison, of Williams Bay, Wisconsin; four grandchildren, Andrea, David, James and Trevor; and a considerable number of nephews and nieces and their families.
