Frederick Fromhart

Frederick Wayne From-hart, age 88, of Dunmore, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at his home.

Born February 24, 1930, at Newburg, he was a son of the late Harry S. and Goldie Hazel Campbell Fromhart.

Fred was of the Lutheran faith. He was a manager at Seneca State Forest where he retired in 1988 after 30 years of service. He was a veteran of the armed services and a graduate of West Virginia University.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Rogers, whom he married May 6, 1955; three children, Lewis, Matthew and Louise; three in-laws, Keith, Deborah and Darlene; three granddaughters, Amber, Caroline and Haley; a brother, William; and two sisters, Florabel and Betty.

Graveside service was held August 31 in Arbovale Cemetery with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to ASPCA.
