Francis Jarvis

Francis “Frank” Jarvis, 92, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away, Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Pocahontas Center.

Born September 9, 1929, at Stomping Creek, he was the son of the late Clyde Jarvis and Mattie Jarvis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jarvis; and several siblings.

Mr. Jarvis retired from Davey Tree in Kent, Ohio. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Burdette, and husband, Danny; four grandchildren, Brandy Moore, and husband, Steven, Jesse Burdette, and wife, Jamie, Zane Burdette, Dege Campbell and Chris McComb, all of Marlinton; 10 great- grandchildren; and four great-great children.

Per his wishes, the body will be cremated.

There will be no service.
