The 2017 Summer Reading Program at Pocahontas County Free Libraries kicks off June 12 at McClintic and Hillsboro libraries, and will be in session every day that week – June 12 through June 16.
The McClintic Library program will run from 10 a.m. to noon; and the Hillsboro program will be in session from 1 to 3 p.m.
The theme of the program is “Build A Better World,” and each day will cover a new topic.
Monday – Build a better world with Structures
Tuesday – Build a better world with Science and inventions
Wednesday – Build a better world by Recycling, Caring for the Environment and Gardening
Thursday – Build a better world through Art and Physical Fitness
Friday – Build a better world with Kindness
Read, Create, Learn, Explore, Build, Have Fun!
Snacks will be served.
