August Grand Jury returns indictments

The August Grand Jury convened Tuesday, August 1, and handed up indictments in nine cases in Pocahontas County Circuit Court.

The following individuals will be arraigned Wednesday, August 16, before the Honorable Judge Robert E. Richardson:

Greg Sharp, 38, of Cass – One Count, Attempted Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree, a felony.

Virginia I. Hall, 41, address unknown – One Count, Grand Larceny, a felony.

Brian M. Mason, 35, of Hillsboro – One Count, Entry of a Building Other than a Dwelling, a felony; One Count, Grand Larceny, a felony; One Count, Conspiracy, a felony; One Count, Child Neglect Creating Risk of Serious Bodily Injury, a felony.

Stephanie Michelle Eads Sharp, 38, of Hillsboro – One Count, Grand Larceny, a felony; One Count, Conspiracy, a felony; One Count, Child Neglect Creating Risk of Serious Bodily Injury, a felony.

The following individuals will be arraigned Thursday, August 24, before the Honorable Judge Jennifer P. Dent:

Shawn Wayne Barb, 34, of Marlinton – One Count, Entry of a Building Other than a Dwelling, a felony.

Roger W. Teter, Jr., 49, of Dunmore – One Count, Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.

Angela Turner, 49, of Marlinton – Two Counts, Driving Revoked for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a felony.

Jacob Bing, 39, of Marlinton – One Count, Grand Larceny, a felony; Two Counts, Burglary, a felony; One Count, Entry of a Building Other than a Dwelling, a felony; One Count, Destruction of Property, a misdemeanor; One Count, Trespassing, a misdemeanor

John M. Stull, 33, of Green Bank – One Count, Person Prohibited from Possessing a Firearm, a misdemeanor; One Count, Negli- gent Shooting, a misdemeanor.
