Alfred Williams

Alfred Lee Williams, 78, of Droop, died Monday, February 2, 2015, at his home.
Born June 16, 1936, at Leonard, he was a son of the late Tauny Dewey and Ollie Morrison Williams.
Alfred was a mechanic.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Darrell Williams; brothers, James Calvin Williams and Elmer Lawrence Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Iva Jane Roberts Williams; daughters, Bonnie Lorraine McLaughlin, of Droop, Kathy Williams and Ronda Wilson, of White Sulphur Springs; sons, Randell Lee Williams, of Frankford, Samuel Joe Williams, of Droop; sisters, Gladys Boyce, of Lewisburg, Marie Stanley, of Hillsboro; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was Saturday, February 7, at VanReenen Funeral Home with Homer Tinney officiating. Interment was in Morningside Cemetery at Renick
