Baked Ham

1 ham

1 can cola

1 can pineapple

½ cup brown sugar

Maraschino cherries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Rub ham with brown sugar.

Place in pan and cover with pineapple and cherries.

Pour in cola.

Cover and bake until tender.

 

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

1 pound ground beef

1 egg slightly beaten

2 Tbsp. onion, minced

1 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. Milk

1/8 tsp pepper

1 clove garlic

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and form into bite size meatballs.

Bake until brown.

Sauce

2/3 cup bottled chili sauce

2/3 grape or currant jelly

Stir together chili and jelly over medium heat.

Pour over meatballs and simmer.

 

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

3 cups dry macaroni

1 pound Longhorn cheese, shredded

1 ½ cups milk

2 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. flour

Cook macaroni just until tender – 8 to 10 minutes – in boiling water with salt.

Drain and pour macaroni into a casserole dish.

Reserve one cup cheese.

Stir together cheese, milk and flour and heat until cheese starts to melt.

Pour over macaroni.

Top with cheese.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is brown.
