Oliver Fleet Herdman, 58, of Leon, pleaded guilty February 17 to a charge of possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in passenger area of motor vehicle on a public highway. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
Mary Gayle Keck, 23, of Henrico, Virginia, pleaded guilty March 6 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
