According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Noel Ahmeti, 18, of Norfolk, Virginia, pleaded no contest to a charge of speeding. Ahmeti was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Alicia N. Barb, 18, of Parsons, pleaded guilty May 13 to a charge of speeding. Barb was assessed $186.48 in court costs and fines.

Richard P. Beverage, 25, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 27 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. Beverage was assessed $206.01 in court costs and fines.

Patrick Bosley, 55, of Elkins, pleaded guilty May 15 to a charge of speeding. Bosley was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Natashia Nicole Brewer, 32, of Bartow, pleaded no contest May 13 to a charge of striking fixtures on highway. Brewer was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Zachary Christian Coch-ran, 29, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty May 28 to a charge of seat belt violation. Cochran was assessed a $25 fine.

Coty Scott Halterman, 35, of Cass, pleaded no contest May 28 to a charge of seat belt violation. Halterman was assessed a $25 fine.

Zachary Wyatt Henry, 26, of Marietta, Ohio, pleaded guilty May 13 to a charge of simple assault. Henry was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

Gregory Anthony Lester, 49, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 26 to a charge of seat belt violation. Lester was assessed a $25 fine.

Tracy S. Mamak, 42, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty May 26 to a charge of no seatbelt. Mamak was assessed a $25 fine.

Brian S. Thomas, 68, of Ronceverte, pleaded guilty May 28 to a charge of seat belt violation. Thomas was assessed a $25 fine.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Andrew E. Alderman, 35, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 22 to a charge of seat belt violation. Alderman was assessed $25.56 in court costs and fines.

Larry W. Bennett, 44, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 22 to a charge of seat belt violation. Bennett was assessed a $25 fine.

Ayden C. Carroll, 22, of Cass, pleaded no contest May 20 to a charge of seat belt violation. Carroll was assessed a $25 fine.

Tyler R. Kriebel, 25, of location unknown, pleaded guilty June 1 to a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. Kriebel was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

Matthew Emery Moore, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 18 to a charge of shooting or discharging firearm within 500 feet of a school or church. Moore was assessed a $231.48 fine.

Susan Morrison, 51, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 22 to a charge of seat belt violation. Morrison was assessed a $25 fine.

Denver L. Underwood, 38, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 22 to a charge of seat belt violation. Underwood was assessed $25.56 in court costs and fines.

Austin Garrett Chapman, 28, of Lookout, entered a guilty plea agreement May 22 to a charge of driving while suspended or revoked for DUI. Chapman was sentenced to 60 days of suspended jail, given one year probation and assessed $291.48 in court costs and fines.

Kevin C. Layne, 24, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest May 20 to a charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Layne was assessed $191.48 in court costs and fines.

John R. Warner, 26, of Bartow, pleaded guilty May 22 to a charge of speeding. Warner was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.
