Educational Dinner Meeting

Dr. Larry Tranel will be the guest speaker at an Educational Dinner Meeting Tuesday, February 14, at 6 p.m. in the Marlinton Municipal Building. Tranel specializes in financial management and is author of the Beef TRANS financial analysis software programs. Using Schedule F, net worth and simple cash flow information, the TRANS programs create a wealth of analysis and benchmark information. He has received the National Farm and Ranch Financial Management Award among others for his work assisting producers understand the financial management of their farms. In this program we will take the basic financial information producers tend to keep and transform that information in knowledge that producers can use to make better financial decisions for the future of their operation.  Producers will be able to assess their own financial strengths and weakness through benchmarking their operations.

To attend, you must RSVP by Friday, February 10, to the extension office at 304-799-4852. There will be a $3 charge for the dinner.
