Garden Calendars available now
The 2014 West Virginia University Extension Service Garden Calendar is now available. As always, the calendar is filled with tips and helpful information from WVU Extension experts to help you get the most out of your vegetable or flower gardens.
The new garden calendar also celebrates 100 years of Extension, telling the story of the 1914 Smith-Lever Act which created the nation’s Cooperative Extension Service. In fact the calendar itself is a resource that falls within Extension’s mission.
Get your free garden calendar at the WVU Extension Service Pocahontas County Office, while supplies last. The office is located in the basement of the courthouse and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You can also download the calendar at http://anr.ext.wvu. edu/r/download/178679
