Virginia Coleman

Virginia Dell Coleman, age 90, of Lewisburg, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Colonial Place in Elkins.

Born June 28, 1924, at Longacre, she was a daughter of the late Marion Whitton and Blanche Myrtle Danberry Lusk.

Virginia was of the Methodist faith. She was a homemaker and a customer service representative for Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman D. Coleman in 2007; a daughter, Virginia Louise Coleman; a sister, Louise LaRose; and five brothers, Bill Lusk, Harrison Lusk, Doug Lusk, Paul Lusk and Gene Lusk.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Coleman, and wife, Diane, of Fairfax Station, Virginia, Danny Coleman, and wife, Helen, of Arbovale, Patrick Coleman, and wife, Karen, and Lloyd Coleman, and wife, Sherry Jane, all of Green Bank; a brother, Jay Lusk, and wife, Florence, of New York; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was April 6 at the Arbovale United Methodist Church with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating. Interment was in the Coleman Cemetery in Green Bank.
