Two Warriors headed for college gridiron

Two of this past season’s Pocahontas County Warrior Football team members will continue their athletic pursuits on college gridirons this fall.

Wyatt Workman will play football for the Glenville State University Pioneers and Danny Kimble will play for the Fairmont State University Falcons.  

Workman plans to pursue a degree in business.

Kimble will major in sonography.

Kimble is the son of Melonie Riffe, and Jason and Sara Brock, of Durbin, and the late Danny Lee Kimble, Sr. 

Workman is the son of Matt and Dawn Workman, of Hillsboro.
