Thomas Moore

Thomas Mann Moore, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, died Friday, November 1, 2013, from heart failure.

Born April 20, 1927, at Edray, he was a son of the late Reid and Ruby Moore.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, best friend and hunting companion, Samuel R. Moore.

He was a devoted husband of Lucille Simmons Moore; cherished father of Rebecca Moore Hudson, and husband, W. Thomas Hudson; beloved grandfather of Virginia Moore Hudson, Charles Thomas Hudson, and wife, Kimberly Gary Hudson; and great-grandfather of Peyton Grace Hudson and Charles Thomas Hudson, Jr.

Family will receive friends Thursday, November 7, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, PA, Second Avenue SW, Glen Burnie, MD. Interment will be in the mountains of Pocahontas County, the place most dear to his heart.
