Suds & Duds cakewalk raises $150 for animal shelter

Suds and Duds Laundromat and Thrift Shop hosted a cakewalk on Saturday to benefit the Pocahontas County Animal Shelter. During the event, Shelter Manager Robin Robertson presented certificates of appreciation to Suds and Duds owner Della Fleury, Jonathan Crow and Louise Neeley. The event raised $150 for the shelter and the business also donated a large amount of pet supplies. Erin Rider and Jonathan Crow visit with Smokie during the cakewalk at Suds and Duds on Saturday. Smokie is one of the wonderful dogs adopted from the Pocahontas County Animal Shelter. For info on adopting a pet from the local shelter, email asapwva@gmail.com.
