Sherry Sizemor

Sherry Leigh McCoy Sizemore, age 60, of Dunmore, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born October 4, 1954, at Hinton, she was a daughter of the late George Warren and Helen Elinore McMillion McCoy.

Sherry was an accountant with the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in Green Bank.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mike McCoy.

She is survived by her husband, Wesley Allen Sizemore; a son, Nathaniel Dane Sizemore, and wife, Hanna, of Marlinton; two grandchildren, Duncan and Tristan Sizemore; two sisters, Carolyn Haynes and Patricia Wickline, and husband, Mike, all of Williamsburg; three brothers, Phil McCoy, and wife, Ellen, of Williamsburg, Patrick McCoy, and wife, Frances, and Luke McCoy, and wife, Gina, all of Clintonville; and many nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance Service will be held Saturday, January 17, at 2 p.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Rev. Denver Tiller officiating. Interment will be in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
