According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Kenny Lee Robinson, 25, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest September 13 to charges of defective equipment and registration violation. He was assessed a $35 fine and $330.50 in court costs.

Joshua Enten Bennett, 33, of Hillsboro, appeared in court September 6 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

Brian Beverage, 38, of Valley Head, pleaded guilty September 10 to a charge of failure to stop at a stop sign. He was assessed a $5 fine and $165.25 in court costs.

Howard Arthur Walker, 42, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty September 10 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed a $23 fine and $165.25 in court costs.

Charles W. Watterson, 55, of Barboursville, appeared in court September 12 on a charge of driving under the influence, second offense. Bond was set at $3,000.

Adam J. Bennetch, 28, of Myerstown, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty September 13 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed a $6 fine and $165.25 in court costs.

Brian C. Dean, 20, of Hillsboro, appeared in court September 14 on charges of failure to report an accident, causing damage to fixtures on highway, inspection violation and no registration. Bond was set at $3,000.

Miranda D. Bennett, 23, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 15 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000.

Brian Michael Mason, 25, of Hillsboro, appeared in court September 15 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000.

Anthony Richard Workman, 29, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest September 13 to a charge of reckless driving. He was assessed a $25 fine and $165.25 in court costs.

Brandon Wayne Anderson, 22, of Street, Maryland, appeared in court September 14 on charges of domestic assault and brandishing a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $1,000.

Ray M. Keene, 70, of Renick, appeared in court September 5 on charges of destruction of property and entering a building other than a dwelling. Bond was set at $11,000.

Samuel Brock, 25, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 13 on a charge of burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.

Alicia Brock, 32, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 13 on a charge of burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.

Carol McMillion, age unavailable, of Hillsboro, appeared in court September 12 on a charge of shoplifting, third offense. Bond was set at $2,500.

Ashley Feury, 25, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 13 on a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance. Bond was set at $3,000.
