In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Rexrode; daughter, Shirley Rexrode; brother, Otis Murray; and her husbands, Randolph Rexrode and Richard Mullenax.

Lucy, a woman with a warm and caring heart, will be deeply missed by her surviving family members: Rick Rexrode (Vicki), of Virginia, Gary Rexrode (Betty Lou), of Texas, Kathy Hart and Becky Kipler (Ken), all of North Carolina, Dorthy King, of Michigan, Wanda Thompson (Monroe), Floyd Murray (Jacki), Wilma Wikes (Paul) and Rob Thompson, all of Georgia; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Lucy will forever be remembered as a loving and devoted family member. Her presence will be missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service and celebration of Lucy’s life will be held at a later date.
