The picture was taken in Stony Bottom, possibly as early as 1890. The occasion for the gathering is a Church Reunion and Baptism. Two people are identified, both standing in the left half of the photo. The lady in the dark blouse with hands folded is Hannah Barnett Townsend. The small boy standing directly in front of her, dressed in white shirt and hat, is Jessie Wilfong.
