Celebrating Women’s History Month

The photo was taken at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. during the Annual Meeting of the West Virginia Federation of Women’s Clubs. Mrs. Buck was on a two-week tour of the State to promote the restoration of her birthplace in Hillsboro. The speech that she presented to the group was titled “Women As I Know Them.” (The Pearl S.
