Poca.web" width="300" height="229" \/><\/a>Lena Weatherholt, a long-time employee at the A & P Store in Marlinton, is pictured here receiving the Certificate of Appreciation from the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company. Making the presentation is Robert Miller, Manager of the store. Mrs. Weatherholt went to work at the A & P Store in 1943. With the exception of a short time with A & P in Chicago, she worked at the Marlinton store until it closed in 1975. She then transferred to the Buckhannon store and was there until it closed. She retired in 1980 after more than 33 years with A & P. Lena Catherine Moore Weatherholt passed away in 2008.
