The Pocahontas Memorial Hospital Auxiliary held a luncheon at Dorie's Restaurant on Monday to celebrate the group's 42 years of service to the hospital. The Auxiliary raises money for PMH through various activities, including the Christmas Love Lite Tree, the PMH Gift Shop and community health fairs. Several Auxiliary and PMH officers attended the luncheon, including Auxiliary President Doris Jean Weatherholt, PMH CEO Barbara Lay and PMH Board of Trustees President Dr. Robert Must. During the event, special honors were bestowed upon Mary Broce to recognize her 26 years and more than 5,000 hours of volunteer service to the residents of Pocahontas County. In the photo, left to right, Weatherholt, Broce and Must.
