Phyllis Dilley

Phyllis Ruby Kincaid Dilley, age 80, of White Sulphur Springs, died Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at Pocahontas Center in Marlinton.

Born June 23, 1935, at Oak Hill, she was a daughter of the late Delmas and Julia Willis Kincaid.

Phyllis was a homemaker and a member of May Chapel United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Fillmore Kincaid.

She is survived by her husband, Dale Lee Dilley; daughters, Melinda K. Dilley Gabe, of White Sulphur Springs, and Donna M. Sharabi; a son, Douglas L. Dilley; sisters, Kathleen Beverage, Tammi Broce and Carolyn “Tink” Amos; brothers, John Robert Smith, Elihu E. Kincaid and David Kincaid; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was November 14 at May Chapel United Methodist Church with Pastor Gerald Roberts officiating.
