Nina Rankin

Nina Lee Rankin, age 72, of Southington, Ohio, formerly of Kearneysville, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014, at Community Skilled Health Care Centre.

Born December 14, 1941, at Frank, she was a daughter of the late Bard and Hallie Moats Rankin.

Nina was employed as a secretary with Sears and Roebuck Company.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and William Rankin; and two sisters, Pearl Roy and Sandra Rankin.

She is survived by a brother, Frank Rankin, and wife, Mona, of Geneva, Ohio; and sisters, Roberta Poling, of Southington, Ohio, Janet Shears, and husband, Donald, of Harrisonburg, Bonnie Rankin, of Maple Heights, Ohio, and Ruth Haddox, and husband, Doy, of Madison, Ohio.

Per Nina’s request, the body will be cremated. Funeral service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Carl. W. Hall Funeral Home.
