Melvin Robert Love, age 62, of Marlinton, died Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital in Buckeye.
Born August 12, 1957, at Aitkin, Minnesota, he was a son of the late Robert and Ethyl Elizabeth Geyer Love.
Melvin was a supervisor for an extermination company. He attended St. John Neumann Catholic Church and served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Miriam Rios Love; daughters, Jean Baum and Robin Love; a son, Gary Boix; and five grandchildren.
Funeral service was held February 9 at VanReenen Funeral Home in Marlinton with Pastor David Merryman officiating. Interment was in Huntersville Cemetery with Military Rites by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corps.
