Melissa Ann Morgan, age 44, of Durbin, passed away Friday, December 13, 2013.
Born May 9, 1969, in South Carolina, she was a daughter Earl David and Bonnie Lou Holt Morgan, of North Carolina.
Melissa was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her companion, Jimmy Morgan, of Durbin; and two brothers, Marvin Franklin Morgan, and wife, Robin, of North Carolina, and Timmy Holt, of South Carolina; and a niece, Lexis Morgan.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, December 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bethel United Methodist Church on Back Mountain Road, Durbin. Funeral service is Thursday, December 19, 2 p.m. at the Bethel United Methodist Church with Rev. William Vandevander officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery under the direction of Lantz Funeral Home.
