According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Delton H. Lambert, age unavailable, of Durbin, pleaded guilty October 22 to a charge of expired registration. He was assessed a $25 fine and $165.25 in court costs.

Mary F. McCarty, 68, of Marlinton, appeared in court October 26 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $500.

Derek Stephen Hannah, 27, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty October 16 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed a $10 fine and $165.25 in court costs.

Timothy Lee Queen, 26, of Bartow, appeared in court October 4 on charges of DUI causing injury and reckless driving. Bond was set at $1,000.

Iva May Fitzgerald, 66, of Slaty Fork, pleaded guilty October 15 to a charge of possession of marijuana, less than 15 grams. She was assessed a $50 fine and $165.25 in court costs.

A charge of operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab against Anita Mae McCartney, 32, of Webster Springs, was transferred to circuit court October 28.
