According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Katie Lynn Barr, 36, of Slaty Fork, appeared in court April 25 on a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $500.

Ina B. Pennington, 42, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 21 on a charge of driving under the influence, second offense. Bond was set at $3,000.

Luther E. Pritt, 44, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 19 on a charge of threatening phone calls. Bond was set at $2,000.
Terry W. Reynolds, age unavailable, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 20 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000.

Jeremiah G. Smith, age unavailable, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 21 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

Cheryl A. Tucker, 59, of Java, Virginia, appeared in court April 23 on a charge of driving under the influence with alcohol concentration in blood less than .15. Bond was set at $1,000.

Jesse Weber, 21, of Hillsboro, appeared in court April 23 on charges of driving under the influence with alcohol concentration in blood greater than or equal to .15 and reckless driving. Bond was set at $2,000.

Joshua Zealand Kans, 27, of Greensboro, North Carolina, appeared in court April 17 on a charge of entry of building other than dwelling. Bond was set at $10,000.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Justin Thomas Barb, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 18 to a charge of reckless driving. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Joshua Roy Hedrick, 27, of Circleville, pleaded guilty April 25 to charges of speeding and littering. He was assessed $670.50 in court costs.

Jonathan Andrew Moore, 21, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty April 22 to a charge of possession of marijuana, less than 15 grams. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs.

Correction:

Samantha Hanna, 27, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 12 on two counts of petit larceny. Bond was set at $2,000.
