According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Dustin Don Morrison, 21, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 7 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I and II narcotic. Bond was set at $25,000.

George Gary Hissom, 65, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 7 on 19 counts of conspiracy. Bond was set at $50,000.

Ashley Feury, 28, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 7 on a charge of petit larceny. Bond was set at $500.

Jesse Weber, 21, of Hillsboro, appeared in court April 7 on a charge of driving under the influence with alcohol concentration in blood greater than or equal to .15. Bond was set at $1,000.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Beverly Dawn Tincher, 39, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 4 to a charge of beer sales to individual under the age of 21. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs.

Allyson Taylor Cutlip, 19, of Warm Springs, Virginia, pleaded no contest April 8 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $175.25 in court costs.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Donald Rose, 66, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty April 5 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs.
