According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Kenneth Peck, Jr., 39, of Arbovale, appeared in court March 30 on charges of grand larceny and burglary in the nighttime. Bond was set at $50,000.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
Brandon M. Cline, 27, of Slaty Fork, pleaded guilty April 1 to a charge of exceeding creel limit on trout. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Thomas Andrew Karanicolas, 25, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty March 24 to charges of motorcyclists must be licensed and no vehicle shall at anytime be driven to the left side of the roadway. He was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.
Bryan Jeffrey Maus, 30, of Elkins, pleaded guilty March 28 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Medina Caroline Ramsey, 23, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty March 29 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
