According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Tracy Shannon Walton, 31, of Buckeye, appeared in court March 19 on charges of destruction of property and battery upon another. Bond was set at $1,500.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Rachel E. Dickenson, 57, of Dunmore, pleaded no contest March 21 to a charge of beer sales to individual under the age of 21. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Ryan T. McCarron, 29, of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, pleaded guilty March 18 to a charge of possession of marijuana. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Kevin Darr Salyer, 51, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty March 18 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Jerry Allen Arbogast, 46, of Mill Creek, pleaded no contest March 11 to a charge of exceeding creel limit on trout. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Austin Michael Hubbert, 18, of Cass, pleaded guilty March 16 to a charge of vehicles must stop at through highways. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
