According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Deena Minghini, 45, of Slaty Fork, appeared in court January 14 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

Charles Woodrow Ray, 33, of Marlinton, appeared in court January 14 on charges of three counts furnishing a minor and two counts contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was set at $1,000.

Jacob L. Bennett, 25, of Marlinton, appeared in court January 14 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $5,000.

Stephanie R. Long, 30, of Marlinton, appeared in court January 14 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and grand larceny. Bond was set at $12,000.

Jordan Matthew Kay, 22, of Williamston, South Carolina, pleaded guilty January 14 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $205.25 in court costs and fines.

Jamie Curtis Walker, 38, of Marlinton, appeared in court January 16 on a charge of failure to obey police officer or special officer. Bond was set at $100.
