According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
William A. Duncan, 32, of Marlinton, appeared in court January 1 on a charge of driving under the influence, with alcohol concentration in blood less than .15. Bond was set at $500.
George Travis Underwood, 35, of Marlinton, appeared in court December 24 on charges of domestic battery and destruction of property. Bond was set at $5,000.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Anthony Richard Workman, 32, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty December 29 to a charge of using cell phone or electrical communication device without hands-free equipment while driving. He was assessed a $100 fine.
