According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Joshua Lee Kimble, age unavailable, of Circleville, appeared in court November 23 on a charge of driving under the influence, third offense or subsequent. Bond was set at $5,000.

Kyle Logan Fleming, age unavailable, of Snowshoe, appeared in court November 23 on charges of driving under the influence, second offense, driving while license revoked for DUI and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $4,500.

Jacob L. Bennett, 27, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 27 on charges of domestic battery, domestic assault, violating protective order and destruction of property. Bond was set at $3,000.

Jeffery Kevin Johnston, 46, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 22 on charges of driving under the influence, second offense and speeding. Bond was set at $1,100.

Brandon C. Smith, 22, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 21 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Johnna Ann Brewer, 26, of Durbin, pleaded guilty November 23 to charges of expired operators and no certificate of insurance. She was assessed $580.50 in court costs and fines.

Timothy S. Hoover, 36, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest November 24 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
