According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Shawn Wayne Barb, 26, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 13 on charges of two counts manufacturing Schedule I, II and III controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000.

Kenneth W. Cutlip, 57, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 13 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I, II and II controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000.

Ethel E. Payne, 41, of Hillsboro, appeared in court November 13 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I, II and II controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000.

Michael A. Vandevender, 36, of Green Bank, appeared in court November 13 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,000.

Jonathon G. Wilson, 27, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 11 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $2,000.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Brandy Nicole Burdette, 34, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest November 12 to a charge of failure to stop at a through highway. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Patrick Ray Wall, 39, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 16 to a charge of possession of marijuana. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Miranda Dell Scott, 25, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty November 6 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Jason Lee Jackson, 38, of Durbin, pleaded guilty November 4 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Richard Orlando Mceachern, II, 20, of Baldwin, New York, pleaded guilty November 9 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Tanner Lee Moore, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest November 9 to a charge of possession of nonintoxicating beer. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
