According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Joshua Talon Staurt, 18, of Lewisburg, appeared in court November 5 on charges of unlawful acts by persons under the age of 21, destruction of property and two counts wanton endangerment involving firearm. Bond was set at $11,000.

Melissa Shawn Auldridge, age unavailable, of Hot Springs, Virginia, appeared in court November 5 on charges of destruction of property, accident involving damage to vehicle, failure to provide notice of change of address or name, no vehicle registration and failure to report striking fixtures upon highway. Bond was set at $1,750.

Jesse Wayne Lewis, 33, of Hillsboro, appeared in court November 5 to charges of domestic assault and reckless driving. Bond was set at $1,000.

Heather A. Walton, 33, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 3 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault/battery. Bond was set at $500.

Luther Earle Pritt, 44, of Marlinton, appeared in court October 27 to charges of domestic battery and domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000.

Phillip Wayne Vannoy, 49, of Cass, appeared in court October 30 on charges of driving while license revoked for DUI and driving under the influence, second offense. Bond was set at $2,000.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

William Austin Gudmundsson, 26, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty November 9 to a charge of failure to obtain a motorcycle license. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Hazel Ann Ervine, 28, of Green Bank, pleaded guilty November 2 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $200.25 in court costs and fines.
