According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Lorri McKinney, 45, of Renick, appeared in court September 8 on a charge of destruction of property. Bond was set at $500.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Jordan B. Bradley, 22, of South Charleston, pleaded guilty September 8 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. She was assessed a $25 fine.

Adam Zachary Heck, 23, of Baxter, pleaded guilty September 8 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Paul S. Marshall, 45, of Massillon, Ohio, pleaded guilty September 14 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Luke M. Miller, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty September 8 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Barbara E. Tallman, 52, of Green Bank, pleaded guilty September 9 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Nathaniel Robert Broschort, 24, of Elkins, pleaded guilty September 10 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Ronald G. McGinnis, 68, of York, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty September 8 to a charge of passing in a no passing zone. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
