According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Kara R. Hook, 29, of Marlinton, appeared in court August 24 on a charge of conspiracy to inflict injury to persons or property. Bond was set at $1,000.
Leanna D. Woodhouse, 39, of Marlinton, appeared in court August 19 on a charge of assault. Bond was set at $1,000.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
James William Beaver, 50, of Durbin, pleaded guilty August 20 to a charge of acts prohibited by operator. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Zachary Christian Cochran, 18, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty August 20 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.
James F. Elliott, 54, of Green Bank, pleaded guilty August 19 to a charge of reckless driving. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
