According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Burlin Bedford Alderman, age unavailable, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 9 on a charge of assault. Bond was set at $500.

Anthony C. Barb, 27, of Hillsboro, appeared in court June 12 on charges of driving under the influence and domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000.

Branson Seth Blankenship, 19, of Renick, appeared in court June 15 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

James F. Elliott, 54, of Green Bank, appeared in court June 11 on a charge of driving under the influence, second offense. Bond was set at $2,500.

Olivia J. Goslyn, 21, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 8 on a charge of unwanted communications by computer. Bond was set at $500.

Dylan Jacob Lawson, 24, of Durbin, appeared in court June 3 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

Hope Leigh Ann May, 34, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 16 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $500.

Dustin Don Morrison, 20, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 16 on charges of manufacture Schedule I and II narcotic, and assault. Bond was set at $26,000.

Alicia L. Ramsey, 27, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 16 on a charge of violating personal safety order. Bond was set at $500.

Logan P. Rataiczak, 20, of Buckeye, appeared in court June 15 on two counts domestic assault and two counts reckless driving, third offense. Bond was set at $3,000.

Ronald L. Rexrode, age unavailable, of Durbin, appeared June 3 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

John A. Shinaberry, 42, of Cass, appeared in court June 22 on a charge of allowing an unauthorized person to drive. Bond was set at $500.

Phillip Shinaberry, 25, appeared in court June 22 on a charge of no license. Bond was set at $500.

Jasper Eugene Stull, 28, of Bartow, appeared in court June 3 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

John Martin Stull, 25, of Bartow, appeared in court June 3 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

Rodney K. Swearingen, 34, of Hillsboro, appeared in court June 19 on charges of driving while license revoked for DUI and filing a false statement. Bond was set at $5,200.

Charles Wayne Watterson, 57, of Barboursville, appeared in court June 22 on charges of operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug lab and driving license suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $25,500.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

William Daniel Burdette, 29, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 16 to charges of permitting an unauthorized person to drive and failure to report a crime. He was assessed $455.50 in court costs and fines.

Justin Anthony Gibson, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest to charges of no motorcycle license and unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles for highway. He was assessed $430.50 in court costs and fines.

Bernie Allen Jack, 47, of Slaty Fork, pleaded guilty June 15 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Christopher Jordan Johns, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 16 to charges of speeding and no muffler. He was assessed $370.50 in court costs and fines.

Earl Harry Jordan, 62, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 12 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Mary Margaret Lambert, 50, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 15 to a charge of driving while license suspended. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Stanley Scott Ryan, 44, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty June 18 to a charge of shoplifting. He was assessed $235.25 in court costs and fines.

Janet O. Starr, 59, of Slaty Fork, pleaded no contest June 17 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Kaitlin Brook Warf, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 10 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. She was assessed a $25 fine.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Bobby Joe Huffman, 78, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 2 to a charge of failure to properly enter the highway from a private drive. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Jamie Robert Robertson, 28, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 16 to a charge of spot lamps/no fog lamps. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.
