According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Kelly Michael Davis, 51, of Green Bank, appeared in court May 12 on a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $500.

Frances R. Tawney, age unavailable, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 14 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

Jessie Allen Ragsdale, 33, of Boise, Idaho, appeared in court May 16 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

April Lynn Ober, 36, of Bartow, appeared in court May 14 on a charge of littering from a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $250.

Bryson Allen Hill, 22, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 12 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Roger A. Watson, Jr., 23, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 15 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Stephen Campbell Burns, 24, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 15 to a charge of trespassing. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Jose C. Martin-Delcampo, 64, of Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, pleaded guilty May 18 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Gregory Ryan Keatley, 32, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 18 to a charge of failure to follow leash ordinance. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
