According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Brenna Sky Hoke, 24, of Bradshaw, appeared in court March 27 for two counts gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, two counts child passenger safety devices required and driving under the influence with passenger under the age of 16. Bond was set at $50,000.

April L. Gumm, 44, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 19 for three counts providing false information to law enforcement and two counts falsely reporting an emergency to law enforcement. Bond was set at $1,600.

Tanner Lee Moore, 18, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 28 to a charge of battery. Bond was set at $500.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Henry J. Liebermann, 23, of Massillon, Ohio, pleaded guilty March 30 to a charge of speeding in a school zone. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Jonathan Gray Wilson, 27, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty March 30 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Matthew Ryan Anderson, 18, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty March 26 to charges of possession of non-intoxicant beer and shoplifting less than $500. He was assessed $455.50 in court costs, fines and restitution.

Michael Andrew Ray, 28, of Fairmont, pleaded guilty March 27 to a charge of fishing without a license. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Michael Ray Branch, 42, of Staunton, Virginia, pleaded guilty March 30 to a charge of failure to use a seat belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
