According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Clarence Perry, 58, of Hillsboro, appeared in court February 24 on a charge of violating a protective order. Bond was set at $2,000.

Christopher Owen Gumm, 36, of Marlinton, appeared in court February 25 on a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $500.

Demetria Graham, 50, of Renick, appeared in court February 25 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $500.

Autumn Wooling, 71, of Renick, appeared in court February 25 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $500.

Alfred Lee Pritt, 53, of Buckeye, appeared in court March 6 on charges of three counts wanton endangerment involving a firearm. Bond was set at $30,000.

Stephanie J. Tincher, 22, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 7 on a charge of destruction of property. Bond was set at $500.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Elmer Lee Tincher, II, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty February 25 to charges of possession of a controlled substance and vehicle must stop at through highways. He was assessed $435.50 in court costs and fines.

Jordan Kayla Engerbeth, 20, of Harrisonburg, Virginia, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams of marijuana. She was placed on six months probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Jessica Cordillia Sharp, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty March 2 to a charge of beer sales under 21. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Randall Wayne Thompson, 24, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty February 26 to a charge of failure to maintain control. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
