According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Sallie Jewel Suarez, 31, of Durbin, appeared in court February 5 on a charge of obtaining money, property and services by false pretenses. Bond was set at $2,500.
Clarence Perry, 58, of Hillsboro, appeared in court February 6 on a charge of driving under the influence, second offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Richard S. Combs, 70, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty February 6 to a charge of indecent exposure. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
Petr Hanousek, 39, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, pleaded guilty February 6 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
