According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Daniel E. Scribe, age unavailable, of Richwood, appeared in court January 7 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Robin Denise Lane, 52, of Princeton, pleaded guilty January 11 to a charge of aiding escape. She was sentenced to three months suspended jail and placed on three months unsupervised probation. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Kevin C. Parks, 54, of MacArthur, pleaded guilty January 5 to a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. He was sentenced to 30 days suspended jail and placed on 30 days probation. He was assessed $290.25 in court costs and fines.

Christopher C. Winston, 28, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty January 5 to a charge of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Christopher Lynn Lewis, 39, of Montrose, pleaded guilty January 5 to a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. He was sentenced to 30 days suspended jail and placed on 30 days probation. He was assessed $290.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Emily Kay Sharp, 35, of Hillsboro, was found guilty January 6 of driving too fast for roadway conditions. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Luis R. Perez Gonzalez, 30, of Durbin, pleaded guilty January 6 to charges of shoplifting and trespassing on property. He was sentenced to 87 days in jail with credit for time served and assessed $480.50 in court costs and fines.
