According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases:

Jeremi L. Kincaid, 21, of Marlinton, appeared in court November 3 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $10,000.

Ebimael Rodriguez Perez, 21, of Durbin, appeared in court November 4 on charges of three counts wanton endangerment involving a firearm. Bond was set at $30,000.

Matthew VanReenen, 30, of Marlinton, appeared October 28 on charges of two counts domestic assault, domestic conduct and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,500.

Patrick Ray Wall, 38, of Marlinton, appeared in court October 28 on a charge of providing false information to police. Bond was set at $500.

Anthony C. Barb, 27, of Marlinton, appeared in court October 29 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

Kevin C. Parks, 53, of MacArthur, appeared in court November 4 on a charge of driving while licensed revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $500.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Aaron C. Violet, 41, of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty November 5 to a charge of left of center in a no passing zone. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

David Leroy Hise, Jr., 43, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty November 5 to a charge of hunting from a vehicle. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Dustin L. White, 26, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty November 5 to a charge of hunting from a vehicle. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Charles Justin Brown, 33, of Snowshoe, pleaded guilty October 30 to a charge of trespassing. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Logan P. Rataiczak, 19, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty October 31 to a charge of following too close. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
