According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Tiffany Ann Rogers, 18, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty August 14 to a charge of failure to stop at a stop sign. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Ashley Lynn Moore, 30, of Marlinton, appeared in court August 15 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault, battery. Bond was set at $500.

Jeremy D. Moore, 28, of Marlinton, appeared in court August 15 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault, battery. Bond was set at $500.

Kristie Dawn Moore, 24, of Marlinton, appeared in court August 15 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $500.

Mitchell Brian Klein, 25, of Blacklick, Ohio, pleaded guilty August 18 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Santana Marie Beck, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 18 to a charge of failure to stop at a through highway. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
