Bryan Blechl, age unavailable, of Bartow, appeared in court July 22 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $2,000.
Eric Todd Dean, 40, of Buckeye, appeared in court July 25 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $2,000.
Kenton Combs, 54, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 28 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $2,000.
Aaron Zachary Milstead, 24, of Durbin, pleaded guilty July 25 to a charge of failure to use a safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
