According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Troy Lee Williams, 33, of Hinton, appeared in court June 25 on charges of six counts of manufacturing a schedule I and II narcotic, manufacturing a schedule IV narcotic and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $105,000.

Jack Edwin Cummins, 50, of Durbin, appeared in court June 24 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.

Christopher Thomas Watson, 38, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 26 on a charge of violating a protective order. Bond was set at $2,000.

Kenneth Lee Summerfield, 52, of Dunmore, appeared in court June 28 on charges of driving under the influence and acts prohibited by a vehicle operator. Bond was set at $600.

Amy Nicole Armstrong, 18, of Hillsboro, appeared in court June 29 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $500.

April Dawn Blankenship, 35, of Hillsboro, appeared in court June 29 on charges of obstructing an officer and public intoxication. Bond was set at $600.

Betty Jean McMillion, 22, of Hillsboro, appeared in court June 30 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.
