According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

John Richard Fishel, Jr., 47, of Huntingtown, Maryland, pleaded guilty June 18 to a charge of obstructing an officer. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.

Abdullah Ghannam, 43, of Lexington Park, Maryland, pleaded guilty June 18 to a charge of obstructing an officer. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.

Clinton Fishel, 42, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty June 18 to a charge of obstructing an officer. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs.

Jesse Dexter Underwood, 32, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 18 to a charge of inmate in possession of contraband. Bond was set at $1,000.

David Adam Scott, 27, of Hillsboro, appeared in court June 18 on a charge of shooting across a road, near a building or crowd. Bond was set at $500.

Michael Craig Turner, 37, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 21 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,500.

Paul Keith Little, 58, of Midlothian, Virginia, appeared in court June 22 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $50.

Arvil Andrew Cordle, Jr., 56, of Hillsboro, appeared in court June 23 to a charge of speeding in a school zone. Bond was set at $500.

Joseph Wheeler Rappold, 25, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty June 24 to a charge of contributing to the delinquency or neglect of a child. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
